USER AGREEMENT

Creaxor · operated by Digissets Ventures Pvt Ltd

Effective 28 August 2026

IN SHORT

A summary of the sections below. The sections themselves set out the detail.

  • Creaxor is a place to support creators and take part in what they do.
  • Creative Economy Tickets — Tickets — are credits you use inside Creaxor with one creator. They stay in your account: they cannot be moved to anyone else, and they cannot be exchanged for money.
  • You spend Tickets on alerts that appear on a creator's live stream, on backing the challenges they set, and on collectibles.
  • Anything you send to a creator's stream is published to their audience, and may be read aloud and stored as audio. Buying Tickets while a creator is live is broadcast in the same way.
  • Purchases are final. Spend only what you are happy to spend supporting someone.
  • If you back a challenge and your pick is not chosen, or the creator turns it down, does not answer, or does not deliver, your Tickets come back.
  • It is free to join. We keep a share of what people pay for Tickets; the rest goes to the creator.
  • You can close your account at any time and have 30 days to change your mind.

Creaxor (the “Platform”) is owned and operated by Digissets Ventures Pvt Ltd (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in India (CIN U66190TS2023PTC179513) with its registered office at Road No. 04, H.No. 14-196, Vivekananda Nagar, Dist. Medchal-Malkajgiri – 500055, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform. By creating an account, or by using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About Creaxor

1.1  Creaxor is a creator engagement platform. A Creator publishes a profile, makes Creative Economy Tickets available, runs Challenges, and receives engagement from Supporters who spend Tickets on in-platform actions — including alerts shown on the Creator's live stream — and grants access and recognition to the people who support them. The Company also makes digital Collectibles available for purchase with Tickets.

1.2  A Supporter uses Creaxor to support the Creators they choose, to take part in what those Creators do, and to hold and use Tickets within the Platform.

1.3  Money you pay on the Platform buys Tickets. You then spend those Tickets inside Creaxor on the actions and benefits described in Section 5.

1.4  Everything the Platform offers — Tickets, Collectibles and Perks — is used inside Creaxor, for access, participation, recognition and enjoyment. Clauses 5.5, 7.2 and 7.6 set out the uses available for each, and those uses are the entirety of what you receive.

2. Definitions

“Company” means Digissets Ventures Pvt Ltd, which owns and operates the Platform.

“Platform” or “Creaxor” means the website at creaxor.com, together with our applications, creator portal, overlays, widgets and related services.

“Creator” means a person or entity we have accepted to maintain a Creator profile.

“Supporter” means a registered user who is not acting as a Creator. “User” means a Creator or a Supporter, and “you” and “your” are construed accordingly.

“Creative Economy Ticket”, “CET” or “Ticket” means a personal, non-transferable in-platform credit issued in connection with a particular Creator, which a Supporter may use within the Platform to obtain goods, services, discounts, access, Perks and recognition, in accordance with Section 5. A Ticket is a record in the Company's systems.

“Alert” means an in-platform action by which a Supporter spends Tickets to display a name and a short message on a Creator's live broadcast (Section 6).

“Overlay” means the page a Creator loads into their broadcasting software, on which Alerts and other widgets are displayed to that Creator's audience.

“Streamer Mode” means the setting described in clause 6.9 that determines whether a Creator's Overlay and Alerts are available.

“Collectible” means a digital item we make available for purchase with Tickets and displayable within the Platform. Collectibles come in different forms — a Card is one form — and we may introduce others. A “Bundle” is a group of Collectibles offered together.

“Challenge” means a task a Creator publishes about themselves, which Supporters may back using Tickets (Section 8). A “Challenge Box” or “Box” is the dated group of Challenges within which a Creator publishes them. “Backing” means a Supporter's use of Tickets to support one Challenge in a Box.

“Perk” means any non-monetary benefit made available to holders of Tickets issued in connection with a Creator — including access, acknowledgement, status, recognition, content, participation and Collectibles.

“Content” means everything the Company creates and makes available in connection with the Platform, including interfaces, graphics, design, code and features.

“User Content” means material a User uploads, posts or transmits through the Platform, including the text of an Alert.

3. Who can use Creaxor

3.1  You may use the Platform only if you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3.2  The Platform is for adults. It is not available to anyone under 18 in any capacity. We ask for your date of birth when you register and rely on what you tell us; we do not independently verify a Supporter's age. If we learn that a User is under 18 we will close the account, and we will refund the amounts they paid us, to the payment method used, without deduction.

3.3  The Platform is designed for use in India. Mobile verification accepts Indian mobile numbers only, and payments, tax and identity verification are built on Indian law and Indian providers.

3.4  You must use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws. We may refuse access to any person at our discretion, and may change our eligibility criteria at any time.

4. Your account

4.1  To use most features you must register. We ask for your full name, email address, mobile number and date of birth. Please keep that information accurate and up to date.

4.2  Supporter accounts have no password. You sign in with your email address or mobile number and a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number. You are responsible for the security of your email account and your mobile number, and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4.3  You may hold only one account — one per email address and one per mobile number. You may not impersonate another person, use a name you have no right to use, or use an offensive or misleading name. You may not sell, transfer or share your account.

4.4  There is no identity verification for Supporters. We do not ask for, and provide no means of giving us, your Aadhaar or your PAN, and no feature of the Platform is gated on identity verification.

4.5  Closing your account, and the 30 days that follow. This clause applies to Supporter accounts. You may close your account at any time from your profile, whatever your Ticket balance — there is nothing you need to spend or clear first. Closing hides your account straight away, but nothing is deleted for 30 days: sign back in within that period and your account, your Tickets, your Collectibles and your history are exactly as you left them. After 30 days we delete your account and your personal data, the account cannot be reopened, and any Tickets you still held can no longer be used. Section 8 of our Privacy Policy sets out the records we are required by law to keep after that.

4.6  Restoring your account within the 30 days requires the one-time code we send to your registered mobile number, in the same way as any other sign-in. Knowing the email address on a closed account is not enough to reopen it.

4.7  Consent. When you register we ask you to confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect is also acceptance of the changed Terms (clause 16.1).

5. Creative Economy Tickets

5.1  A Ticket is a limited, personal and non-transferable in-platform credit, issued in connection with a particular Creator, which a Supporter may use within the Platform to obtain goods, services, discounts, access, Perks and recognition. It is in the nature of a reward point, loyalty credit or voucher redeemable only within the Platform.

5.2  The rules that apply to every Ticket:

(a)  a Ticket stays in the account that obtained it, and is used by that account only;

(b)  a Ticket is spent inside the Platform, and only with the Creator it was issued for;

(c)  a Ticket cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, traded or exchanged, whether for money, for other Tickets, or for anything else; and

(d)  a Ticket has no use and no value outside the Platform.

5.3  How Tickets are obtained. Tickets may be (a) purchased for money; (b) claimed free of charge from a Creator who has issued a claim code, once per Creator; (c) awarded within the Platform in recognition of your activity, where we have enabled such an award; or (d) returned to you when a Challenge Backing is returned under Section 8. There is no other way for a Ticket to enter your account, and Tickets cannot be given to you by another User.

5.4  Price. Ticket prices vary. The price per Ticket, the Goods and Services Tax, and the total are all shown to you before you pay.

5.5  What a Ticket gives you. A Ticket gives you the uses listed in clause 5.6 — Alerts, Collectibles, Challenge Backings, Perks, access and recognition — and those uses are the entirety of what it gives you.

5.6  Use. Tickets may be used within the Platform to send Alerts (Section 6), to obtain Collectibles (Section 7), to back Challenges (Section 8), and to obtain Perks, access and recognition. A Ticket is consumed when used and is not returned, except as set out in Section 8.

5.7  Tickets do not expire and are not forfeited for inactivity.

5.8  Purchases of Tickets are final. Once Tickets are credited to your wallet the amount you paid is not refundable, except where we have charged you in error, where a payment has been taken twice, or where the law requires a refund. If you think any of those apply, raise a request through Support in the Platform and we will look at it.

5.9  If a Creator leaves the Platform. Tickets relate to a particular Creator. If a Creator's profile is withdrawn, their Platform surfaces go with it and you will no longer be able to see or spend your Tickets for that Creator. Where you paid money for Tickets you have not yet spent, raise a request through Support in the Platform within 90 days and we will either issue you the same number of Tickets for another Creator of your choice, or refund what you paid for the unspent Tickets, whichever you prefer. Tickets you claimed or were awarded free of charge are not replaced or refunded.

5.10  Adjustment. We may cancel or adjust Tickets obtained through fraud, abuse or exploitation of a defect, or where money you paid for them is returned to you. If you have already spent some of them we will cancel as many as remain, and in an exceptional case your balance for that Creator may go below zero. While it is below zero you cannot spend Tickets with that Creator, and the shortfall is set against the next Tickets you buy for that Creator. Tickets you claim free of charge, and Tickets awarded to you for taking part, do not reduce it — only Tickets you pay for, and Tickets returned to you, clear a shortfall.

6. Alerts, and what is published on a live stream

6.1  An Alert is an in-platform action by which you spend Tickets to display a name and a message on a Creator's live broadcast. The minimum is one whole Ticket, and the cost is shown before you spend.

6.2  An Alert is a public broadcast. What you send is displayed on the Creator's stream and is seen by everyone watching it, and by anyone who later watches a recording, clip or repost. We do not control the Creator's audience, whether the stream is recorded, or where a recording is published. Please do not include anything in an Alert that you would not want published.

6.3  Buying Tickets is also a public broadcast. When you buy Tickets for a Creator who is broadcasting, your name, the number of Tickets and any message you add are displayed on their live stream in the same way, and may be read aloud. Claiming free Tickets and backing a Challenge are published in the same way.

6.4  What is displayed. An Alert displays a name and your message of up to 225 characters. The name shown is the display name you type; if you do not type one, we use the first and last name on your account.

6.5  Alerts are not moderated. We do not review, filter, screen or approve the text of an Alert before it is displayed. Your message is checked only for length and is then broadcast. You are responsible for what you send, and Section 11 applies to it in full. A Creator may report an Alert to us and we may act under Section 15.

6.6  Alerts may be read aloud. Where a Creator has enabled it, the name and message you send are transmitted to a third-party speech service, converted into speech and played on the broadcast. The resulting audio file is stored by us. Our Privacy Policy explains this further.

6.7  Anonymous Alerts. You may choose to send an Alert anonymously. If you do, the name shown on the stream is replaced with “Anonymous” and the Alert is left out of the leaderboards described in clause 6.10. Your identity is recorded in our own systems, and we may disclose it where the law requires. Anonymity is available on Alerts only — buying Tickets, claiming Tickets and backing a Challenge are always shown under your name.

6.8  An Alert is delivered to the Creator's stream at the moment you send it. It is not stored and not replayed, so if the Creator is not broadcasting, or their stream software is not connected, your Alert may not be displayed. The Tickets are spent either way.

6.9  Streamer Mode. Alerts and the Overlay are available only where the Creator has Streamer Mode enabled and we have granted it. Where either is off you cannot send that Creator an Alert and the Platform will tell you so. We may withdraw a Creator's Streamer Mode at our discretion.

6.10  Leaderboards. A Creator's Overlay may display leaderboards naming the Supporters who have bought, and who have spent, the most Tickets with that Creator — showing your name, your rank and your lifetime totals to everyone watching. There is no way to opt out of these while buying or spending under your own name. Anonymous Alerts are excluded from them.

6.11  Sending an Alert by typing in chat. If you connect a YouTube or a Kick account to Creaxor, you can send an Alert by typing a command in a Creator's live chat instead of using our site. It does the same thing, it costs the same number of Tickets, and everything in this Section applies to it unchanged. Before a chat command can spend anything, you must set aside an amount for that Creator in advance on our site; we will never spend beyond the amount you set, and you can cancel it at any time. It works only where the Creator has connected that channel.

6.12  A chat message is public before it reaches us. Everyone watching that chat sees what you type, including the amount, at the moment you type it. Treat the command line exactly as you would treat the Alert itself.

6.13  YouTube and Kick. Connecting an account gives us permission to read a live chat, and nothing else. You can withdraw it at any time from our site, and for YouTube also from your Google account's security settings at https://security.google.com/settings . Where you use the YouTube integration you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms . Our Privacy Policy sets out what we read, what we keep and for how long.

7. Collectibles

7.1  Collectibles are digital items we make available for purchase with Tickets. They come in different forms, and may be offered singly or as part of a Bundle. Collectibles are bought with Tickets only.

7.2  What you get. A Collectible you obtain is yours to keep in your collection and display within the Platform, for as long as we make that feature available.

7.3  Collectibles stay in the account that obtained them. They cannot be traded or exchanged between Users, and they have no value outside the Platform. We do not buy them back.

7.4  Where a Collectible is stated to have a limited supply or a rarity, we apply that limit as stated at the time you obtain it.

7.5  Collectibles are delivered to your account when you spend the Tickets, and that spend is final. There is no exchange, cancellation or cooling-off period, except where the Collectible is not delivered or where the law requires otherwise. If a Collectible you paid Tickets for is not delivered, raise a request through Support in the Platform and we will return the Tickets.

7.6  How you may use a Collectible within the Platform is limited to the uses we make available from time to time. We will not advertise a use for a Collectible that you cannot actually make of it.

8. Challenges

8.1  What a Challenge is. A Challenge is a task a Creator writes about themselves and publishes for their supporters to back. Creators write Challenges; Supporters do not. You cannot set, propose, word or commission a Challenge.

8.2  Boxes and backing. A Creator publishes Challenges inside a Box, which runs for a stated period and sets one Ticket price for every Challenge in it. You may back exactly one Challenge per Box. If that Backing is returned to you, the Tickets come back but your entry does not — it was still your one entry, and you cannot back that Box again. Backings are paid in Tickets only.

8.3  How a Challenge is chosen. When the backing period closes, the Challenges that reached their stated Ticket threshold are ranked by the Tickets backing them, and the number the Creator committed to accept are offered to them. The Creator may accept or decline each one until that Challenge's stated deadline. A Challenge the Creator does not answer by its deadline lapses.

8.4  When your Tickets come back. All Tickets you committed to a Challenge are returned to you in full if:

(a)  the Challenge you backed did not reach its threshold, or was not among those offered to the Creator;

(b)  the Creator declines it;

(c)  the Creator does not answer by the deadline;

(d)  the Box is cancelled, whether by the Creator or by us;

(e)  the Creator accepts it and does not deliver in time; or

(f)  you dispute a delivery and we uphold your dispute.

8.5  In every case except a dispute, the return is automatic and you do not need to ask. Some returns are made straight away; others follow shortly after the moment shown on the Platform. If a return has not appeared an hour after that moment, raise a request through Support in the Platform.

8.6  Disputing a delivery. A dispute is the one return you have to start yourself. When a Creator marks a Challenge you backed as delivered, you have 24 hours from that moment to dispute it, giving your reason. The date and time by which you can dispute are shown against that Challenge on the Platform. A Creator does not have to provide evidence of delivery. If you do not dispute within 24 hours the delivery stands, the window cannot be reopened, and no return is made. We decide disputes ourselves.

8.7  A return under this Section is made in Tickets, never in money. The Tickets are credited back to your account.

8.8  Rewards are Perks, recognition, Collectibles or Tickets. No Challenge involves a stake of money or a prize of money, and no Challenge is a lottery, a wager, or a game of chance for money. A Backing is a use of Tickets inside the Platform; the Creator receives nothing from it.

8.9  We may impose Platform-wide limits and safeguards on Challenges. We may withdraw a Challenge at any time, in which case it can no longer be backed or selected, and any Backing on it that the Creator has not already accepted is returned. We may cancel a Box, in which case every Backing in it that has not already been returned is returned.

8.10  Creator performance information. We publish, on each Creator's public page, statistics drawn from their Challenge history — including the proportion they complete, the proportion they accept, how long they take, and the number of disputes upheld against them. These are visible to anyone, including people who are not signed in.

9. Fees, payments and tax

9.1  It is free to join. We do not charge a Supporter any account-opening fee, membership fee or subscription.

9.2  Our share. We earn by keeping a share of the price of each Ticket sale. The Creator's share is agreed with that Creator individually.

9.3  Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Your use of those services is subject to their terms. We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials.

9.4  We may change our fees and prices. Changes take effect prospectively and will be published on the Platform.

9.5  Tax. Goods and Services Tax is charged on Ticket purchases at the applicable rate and is shown separately before you pay. Each User is responsible for their own tax obligations arising from their activity on the Platform.

10. What you should know before you spend

10.1  What you get from Tickets issued in connection with a Creator depends on that Creator. A Creator may change what they offer, stop broadcasting, become less active, or leave the Platform, in which case clause 5.9 applies. We do not guarantee any Creator's activity, availability, conduct or output.

10.2  We may change, suspend or discontinue any feature of the Platform, including Alerts, Challenges, Collectibles or Perks, in accordance with Section 16.

10.3  Spending on the Platform is like buying a ticket to an event — once spent, it is spent. Please spend only what you are comfortable spending in support of a Creator, and within your means.

10.4  What you publish on a stream is public and may be permanent. An Alert is broadcast, may be recorded by the Creator or by any viewer, and may be spoken aloud and stored as audio. We cannot retrieve or delete something once it has been broadcast.

10.5  We do not provide financial, tax or legal advice, and nothing on the Platform should be taken as such.

11. Acceptable use

11.1  You must not use the Platform to publish, offer, promote or transact in anything that is unlawful; that infringes any person's intellectual property or other rights; that is obscene, defamatory, hateful, or that incites violence or intolerance; that sexualises or endangers any minor; or that misleads or defrauds any person.

11.2  This applies in full to the text of an Alert, to the reason you give for a dispute, and to anything you upload. Alerts are broadcast without review (clause 6.5), so the responsibility for what you send is yours.

11.3  You must not use the Platform to offer, promote or facilitate securities or other financial products; gambling, betting or lotteries for money; regulated substances, weapons or other restricted goods; or any scheme that promises a financial return.

11.4  You must not attempt to circumvent, exploit or interfere with the Platform, its security, its rate limits, or its Ticket, Collectible or Challenge mechanics, or use automated means to do so.

11.5  We may remove any content, and may suspend or terminate any account, that we consider to breach this Section. We may amend the list of prohibited activities at any time.

12. Lawful use of the Platform

12.1  You must not use the Platform to launder money, to finance illegal activity, or to evade tax. We keep a record of every transaction on the Platform. We do not verify a Supporter's identity (clause 4.4), and once an account is closed and erased under clause 4.5 the transactions that remain are no longer linked to a name.

12.2  If we become aware of suspicious activity we may investigate, suspend or close accounts, remove content, withhold payments, and report the matter to the appropriate authority. We may disclose User information to authorities where the law requires or permits.

12.3  This Section survives termination of your relationship with us.

13. Content on the Platform

13.1  The Platform, and the Content, software, design, interfaces and trade marks within it, belong to the Company or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms permits you to use them except as we expressly allow.

13.2  You give us permission to host, store, display and adapt what you upload, including adapting it for formatting, so that we can operate and promote the Platform, and nothing more. That permission ends when you remove the content, except for copies retained in backups, in broadcast recordings outside our control, or as required by law. It does not cover anything you send us in a dispute, a complaint or a support request; we use that only to handle the matter.

13.3  What you upload must be yours to upload, and must not infringe anyone else's rights.

13.4  Aggregated data. We may compile and use aggregated, de-identified data about use of the Platform, which does not identify any User, to operate, analyse and improve it.

14. Privacy

14.1  Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. It forms part of these Terms.

14.2  You may contact us (Section 19) about any concern relating to your personal data or your use of the Platform.

15. Suspension and termination

15.1  We may suspend or terminate your access, with notice where reasonably practicable, if you materially breach these Terms and (where the breach can be remedied) do not remedy it within 30 days of notice; if you infringe a third party's rights; if we are required to do so by law; or if we reasonably believe your use of the Platform poses a risk to other Users, to Creators, or to us.

15.2  You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time under clause 4.5.

15.3  If we end your access because you have materially breached these Terms, your Tickets, Collectibles and Perks cease to be usable and no compensation is payable. If we end your access, or withdraw a feature, for any other reason, clause 5.9 applies to Tickets you paid for and have not spent.

16. Changes to the Platform and to these Terms

16.1  We may change these Terms. We will publish the changed Terms on the Platform and, where the change is material, give you notice and ask you to accept it the next time you sign in. Changes take effect 30 days after publication, do not apply retrospectively, and do not apply to any dispute arising before they take effect. If you do not accept a change you may close your account.

16.2  We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform. Where a change materially and adversely affects Tickets or Collectibles you already hold, we will act reasonably, give notice where practicable, and clause 5.9 applies to Tickets you paid for and have not spent.

17. Disclaimers

17.1  The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly set out in these Terms.

17.2  We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any content on it is accurate or complete. The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance or to events outside our reasonable control.

17.3  We are not responsible for the conduct of any Creator or any Supporter, for what a Creator chooses to offer, deliver or say, or for what a Supporter sends in an Alert.

17.4  Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

18. Limitation of liability

18.1  Subject to clause 17.4, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

18.2  Subject to clause 17.4, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and the Platform is limited to the total amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is greater.

19. Complaints

19.1  You can raise a complaint through Support in the Platform, which opens a ticket you can follow and reply to. You may also email support@creaxor.com. You do not need an account to raise a support request.

19.2  We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days of receipt.

19.3  If you are not satisfied with our answer you can take the matter to a Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or contact the National Consumer Helpline on 1915.

20. Governing law and disputes

20.1  These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to clause 20.2, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.

20.2  Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including the right to approach a consumer forum. You are not required to arbitrate any dispute with us.

20.3  If a dispute arises between Users, we are not obliged to become involved, although we may act under Section 15.

21. General

21.1  Relationship. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship between us and any User.

21.2  Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a reorganisation or sale of our business.

21.3  Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest continues in effect and the invalid provision is read down so far as possible to give effect to its intent.

21.4  Waiver. A delay or failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.

21.5  Force majeure. Neither party is liable for a failure to perform (other than a failure to pay money) caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

21.6  Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the other policies published on the Platform, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Platform.

21.7  Survival. Clauses 5.2, 12, 13, 17, 18, 20 and 21 survive termination.

22. Contact

22.1  Questions about these Terms: Support in the Platform, or support@creaxor.com. Notices to us must be sent to that address or to our registered office. Notices to you will be sent to the email address on your account.
