Holo foil

Holo diffraction: 'Fake Diffraction' node group from Blender Guru's Diffraction Grating files, created by Secrops with modifications by Andrew Price (Blender Guru). Modified by Creaxor: ported to GLSL with an order-summed spectrum lookup, and the white-core mix (1.0 in the original) is set per card.
